KOOSKIA – Another day, another delay Saturday for the ConocoPhillips megaload stalled near Kooskia.

Winter weather again postponed the journey for the oil company’s giant piece of refinery equipment headed for Billings, Mont., according to the company’s megaload hotline. The delay is likely to last for the next several days.

The second of four planned loads, the half drum left Lewiston Feb. 17, but hasn’t moved since this past Sunday.
