The Port of Lewiston periodically seeks contractual services and advertises such opportunities in accordance with Idaho Code. Such solicitations include, but are not limited to, Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Requests for Qualifications (RFQs), requests to be included in the Port’s Small Works Roster, etc. Opportunities to submit materials for contractual opportunities will be posted here.

RFQ- LC Valley Cruise Boat Industry Economic Impact and Needs Assessment Reports

(Submittal Deadline -- 12:00PM PDT, Monday, March 9, 2020)

The Ports of Clarkston and Lewiston, representing a larger public/private stakeholder group, are requesting qualifications from firms interested in delivering the following reports: a) an Economic Impact Analysis and b) a Needs Assessment on the current economic impact, future growth potential, and future facility and service needs as they relate cruise boat and large passenger vessels calling at the confluence of the Snake and Clearwater Rivers.

POL IS CURRENTLY ACCEPTING APPLICATIONS FOR SMALL WORKS ROSTER 2020-2022

Notice is hereby given that the Port of Lewiston (the ‘Port’) is accepting applications from contractors who wish to be placed on the Port’s 2020 Small Works Roster. Applicants, where required by law, must be properly licensed in the State of Idaho. Contractors whose names appear on the Small Works Roster may be contacted from time to time to submit job proposals for contracts in the amount of $50,000.00 or less. (Idaho Code, Title 54, Chapter 19)

Qualified applicants will be placed on the Small Works Roster and kept on from January 1, 2020 through December 31, 2022.
