Finance and Property Manager Position
OVERVIEW OF RESPONSIBILITIES
The Port of Lewiston has an immediate opening for a Finance and Property Manager. This position is responsible for leading financial management efforts at the Port, including the Port’s budgeting, accounts, and payroll. The Finance and Property Manager will drive best practices for the Port’s financial programs and practices. The position will report to the General Manager and will be a key member of the Port’s leadership team. The position has a preference for a Bachelor’ s degree in a finance-related field or equivalent field experience, 3+ years of experience in the fields of accounting, finance, bookkeeping and/or budgeting, learning flexibility, and superior communications skills. The Finance and Property Manager must be skilled in creating and enhancing relationships, both internal and external to the Port. Salary range is $60,000 to $80,000 DOE.
