Space Available in POL Incubator Building

The Port of Lewiston incubator program helps small businesses by providing structured lease rates to qualifying tenants. The building is in Northport at 1708 6th Ave N.

Applying businesses should:

  • produce a product
  • be ready to begin production
  • present a sound business plan

Consideration will also be given to the number of jobs created and the potential for job growth.
