Megaload hearing is April 25

BOISE – The Idaho Transportation Department will conduct a contested case hearing on April 25 over Imperial Oil/ExxonMobil’s proposal to ship oversized equipment on U.S. Highway 12.

Retired State Court District Judge Duff McKee will preside as the hearing officer.

The hearing will be in Boise, but a time and location has not been set.
