Incubator Program

At the Port of Lewiston, we offer our Incubator Program to support start-up manufacturing enterprises by providing structured lease rates for qualifying tenants.
The program aims to provide start-up businesses with the stability they need at the crucial beginning of their ventures, while also equipping them with opportunities to fine-tune their projects and maximize their success potential. This approach has already proven to be a smashing success, helping standout Lewiston businesses like Seekins Precision and Clearwater Canyon Wineries soar to new heights and expand their operations.
A cornerstone of the Port’s incubator building is the Seaport Business Center. The center features five suites ranging from 1,500 square feet to 4,200 square feet and are equipped with an overhead door and restroom. The spaces are also served by city water, sewer/wastewater, and solid waste disposal. The Port offers other incubator spaces throughout the district, all of which can be adjusted by each tenant according to their needs.
