Port of Lewiston commissioners approved two leases Wednesday, one that should please local hockey enthusiasts and one that could raise the spirits of those who enjoy locally made alcoholic beverages.

The three commissioners unanimously approved a two-year lease with the Lewis-Clark Amateur Hockey Association for its North Lewiston location. They were also in unison when they approved a lease for Printer’s Distillery on 7,321.5 square feet in the port’s business incubator, which was previously occupied by small arms manufacturer Seekins Precision.
